Fishing

At EuroParcs IJsselmeer, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday right by the water. Our park is situated on the Vliet and is a true paradise for fishing enthusiasts. All holiday homes have their own jetty. Whether you’re an experienced fisherman or just throw out a line for fun, you’ve come to the right place. The waters around the park are known for their varied fish stocks. You’ll find pike, zander, carp, bream and roach, amongst others. That makes every day of fishing different and full of surprises.

You do not need a fishing licence within the park itself. However, if you are fishing in the surrounding waters, a fishing licence is necessary. Swimming from the jetty is permitted, but please be aware of the depth: it varies between 80 and 100 cm.
